The hotel is close to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville, making it a convenient spot with friendly service. However, the rooms were not as clean and spacious as expected, lacking some amenities.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and clean, suitable for two people traveling on business, but there was an issue with overbooking that led to some inconvenience. On the bright side, the room had a cozy fireplace, adding a touch of comfort to my stay.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a cozy fireplace and full kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The free basic hot breakfast was a nice touch, although the smell of carpet fresh was a bit strong. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond, even accommodating special requests like having my dad stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, nestled between the Biltmore Estate and Village as well as downtown Asheville, offering a perfect overnight stop with plenty of nearby dining options. The dining experience was top-notch, with a great variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything one could need for a comfortable stay.
